Annual Report

The report describes a record financial year, with 2014 consolidated revenues of SEK 5,184 M and operating earnings of SEK 1,430 M. It also reports acquisitions in the Czech Republic and Denmark. In its CSR work, the company says its employees made about one million calls to consumers each month to help address debt and payments, and it describes videoconferencing and lower-emission company cars as environmental measures.
