Overview

The report presents ILC's 2018 sustainability progress across its consolidated subsidiaries, including a new corporate materiality exercise, 11,425 employees and the first consolidated carbon footprint measurement. It also describes the application of the ESG Compass tool and continued integration of sustainability into business operations. The carbon footprint covered selected corporate and subsidiary offices rather than all branches, hospitals or care centers.
