Overview

The report describes the company’s 2022 implementation of TCFD recommendations, its first dual-materiality exercise across ILC and subsidiaries, and expanded measurement of Scope 3 emissions including financed emissions. It reports 13,604 employees, 74% women in the workforce and a Group carbon footprint of 6,257 mtCO2e for Scope 1 and 14,353 mtCO2e for market-based Scope 2. The carbon footprint and selected ESG indicators were externally assured by KPMG under ISAE 3410 and ISAE 3000.
