Sustainability Report

The report describes IPH's FY21 sustainability activities across its group, including expanded GRI and UN Sustainable Development Goal reporting and group-wide people initiatives. It reports a Board objective of at least 30% women's representation for directors and senior executive/principal roles, with the reported representation exceeding that objective. For the Australian and New Zealand IP firms, it reports Scope 2 emissions of 743 tonnes of CO2e, a 30% reduction from FY20. The report also documents a materiality assessment and four resulting material topics.
