Integrated Report

The report presents Irani's 20th year of sustainability reporting and 2025 performance across its integrated paper, packaging and forestry model. It reports BRL 1,686.3 million in net revenue, 35,117 tCO2e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 100% renewable energy, and a 45.2% emissions-intensity reduction target by 2030. It also highlights 2,095 employees, 30% women in the workforce, and initiatives in safety, diversity, circularity, biodiversity and community investment, alongside KPMG independent limited assurance.
