Integrated Annual Report

The report presents Iren's first ESRS/CSRD Consolidated Sustainability Statement, supported by an explicitly described annual double materiality assessment. It reports 2024 Group-wide performance including 3,415,895 tCO2eq of Scope 1 emissions, 3,557,464 tCO2eq of Scope 3 emissions and total energy consumption of 14,940,892 MWh. The Group reports 11,311 employees, one work-related fatality and 53% women on the Board as of year-end. The sustainability statement is reproduced with KPMG's limited assurance report.
