Overview

The report is İş GYO's first TSRS sustainability compliance report for the 2024 transition year. It reports company-wide Scope 1 emissions of 262.76 tCO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 982.31 tCO2e, and market-based Scope 2 emissions of 0 tCO2e. The company states that 100% of electricity consumption came from renewable resources with I-REC certificates. Green-building-certified investments represented 55% of the leasable portfolio in 2024.
