Overview

The report presents the Isetan Mitsukoshi Group’s sustainability management through four priority initiatives covering communities, the environment and society, people, and governance. FY2024 environmental results include a 7% reduction in Scopes 1 and 2, a 7.9% renewable-energy ratio and a 71.1% recycling rate. In FY2025, the Group revamped its Sustainability Ambassador System and held hybrid lectures attended by 51 employees.
