Overview

The report describes Discount Bank's 2022 ESG strategy, approved by the Board, and its reporting across the Discount Group. It reports 9,125 Group employees, continued reporting in accordance with GRI and the UN Global Compact, and a 2030 goal to reduce the Bank's operational carbon footprint by 40%. The report also describes energy-efficiency measures and broad social-mobility, financial-inclusion and employment-diversity initiatives.
