Annual Report

The report describes ISS's 2025 performance across a global, people-intensive facilities-services business. It highlights 325,000-plus employees, progress on human rights, living wages and recognised qualifications, and a new safety programme following two work-related fatalities. Financially, Group revenue was DKK 84,684 million and the Group delivered 4.3% organic growth. The report also records completion of the Climate Transition Plan, validated near-term SBTi targets, and Net Zero commitments for Scope 1 and 2 by 2030 and Scope 3 by 2040.
