Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes ITAB's sustainability programme as based on a materiality analysis and organized around four focus areas: working conditions, value-chain efficiency, sustainable business development and business ethics. In 2020, women represented approximately 29 percent of the Group's workforce and 25 percent of the Board of Directors. The company reports no known corruption cases and says approximately 100 percent of employees had signed the Code of Conduct. ITAB also set renewable-electricity objectives, including 50 percent green electricity consumption in 2021 and renewable electricity for all units by the end of 2025.
