Sustainability Report

The report presents ITAB Group's sustainability disclosures under CSRD and ESRS, using 2025 as the first representative reporting year for the combined Group following the HMY integration. It reports 140,759.3 MWh of energy consumption and gross Scope 1 emissions of 16,794 tCO2e, while Scope 3 emissions remain unquantified. The Group describes its double materiality process and governance arrangements, but says its quantitative climate targets are still under development.
