Sustainability Report

The report covers ITC's sustainability performance from April 2025 to March 2026 and presents its Sustainability 2.0 agenda across environmental stewardship, social inclusion and economic value. Highlights include 51% renewable energy, 1,442 kilo tCO2e of reported Scope 3 emissions, 724 kilo tonnes of waste generated with nearly 99% recycled, and 34,589 full-time employees. ITC reports a double materiality assessment, board-level CSR and sustainability oversight, and a 2050 Net Zero Operations commitment for Scope 1 and 2. The report is prepared in accordance with GRI Standards 2021 and the GHG Protocol and includes KPMG reasonable and limited assurance.
