Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes ITO EN's integration of the Sustainable Development Goals into its CSR/CSV management and value-chain approach. It highlights tea-producing region development, community revitalization, used tea leaves recycling, and sustainable product and packaging initiatives. For FY2015, it reports a 15.8% reduction in CO2 emissions from FY2009 on a company-wide unit-consumption basis, a 93.6% food recycling rate, and 916 tons of annual production in the tea-producing region project.
