The report presents ITO EN’s FY2016 results, including consolidated net sales of 475,866 million yen, as it advanced its long-term goal of becoming a Global Tea Company. It highlights the Tea-Producing Region Development Project, which covered 1,226 hectares by 2016 and links stable tea procurement with environmental and community benefits. It also describes the Used Tea Leaves Recycling System, including around 54 million cases of cardboard boxes made with recycled tea leaves.
