Responsibility Report

The report describes ITV's 2011 responsibility strategy as revised to align with the Transformation Plan and four strategic priorities. It reports employee engagement survey participation rising to 82% and engagement to 85%, alongside £1.5 million in cash and £3.4 million in-kind contributions. Environmentally, it reports 43,051 tonnes of total CO2 emissions in its UK-only indicators and a goal to reduce carbon emissions by 15% by end-2012 from a 2008 baseline.
