Environmental Report

Overview

The report is Japan Display Inc.'s first environmental report and covers April 2012-March 2013. It describes the company's environmental management system, energy and water conservation, chemical-substance controls, and waste-reduction activities. Production-flow disclosures include 746,526 MWh of purchased electricity, 420,784 t-CO2 of energy-derived CO2, and 15,621 t of wastes, etc. The report also presents waste-heat recovery, concentrated-water recovery, and in-plant treatment of developer waste.
