The report describes Japan Post Insurance's customer-focused business model, energy-saving efforts to reduce CO2 emissions, and expansion of ESG investment. It also highlights diversity and inclusion initiatives, including a target to increase women in management positions to 14% or more by April 1, 2021. Consolidated employee numbers reached 7,965 at March 31, 2017.
