Overview

The report describes Japfa's 2023 sustainability performance across its emerging Asian operations. It reports Scope 1, Scope 2 and partial Scope 3 emissions of 105,412, 644,842 and 17,713,410 tonne CO2e, respectively, together with 124,492 tonnes of waste generated. The Group had completed 8 of 9 planned water recycling facilities and reports a 25% intensity-based Scope 1 reduction target for 2030. It also presents a longer-term net-zero target for Scope 1 poultry live bird production by 2050.
