Overview

The report describes the Jerónimo Martins Group's 2017 sustainability performance across food, environmental, sourcing, community and employment priorities. It reports 1,208,592 tonnes of CO2e for Scopes 1 and 2, a workforce of 104,203 people, and 446,564 tonnes of waste generated, alongside an 84.7% Distribution waste recovery rate. The Group also achieved an A- CDP Forests score for palm oil and paper and wood. An independent limited assurance report by PricewaterhouseCoopers & Associados covers the externally verified indicators.
