Overview

The report describes the Group's first double materiality assessment, alongside continued progress on climate and workforce priorities. In 2023, scope 1 and 2 emissions were reported at 928,904 t CO2e, while 45% of energy consumption came from renewable sources. The company employed 134,300 people and sourced 91% of food products from local suppliers. The report also sets out new 2024-2026 commitments covering emissions, energy, water, waste, biodiversity, sourcing and employee wellbeing.
