Overview

The report describes a year of record Group revenue and profitability alongside continued investment in Jet2's people and operations. Its updated 2024-2035 Sustainability Strategy introduces a Social Value Framework, a 35% Scope 1 and 2 carbon-intensity reduction target by 2035, and a broader focus on Scope 3 emissions. The Group reported 2,877,605 tonnes of Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 1,269,080 tonnes of Scope 3 emissions for 2024. Workforce growth continued, with over 5,000 new colleagues welcomed and the apprenticeship programme expanded to more than 150 apprentices.
