Annual Report

The report records consolidated net sales of ¥551,062 million and net income of ¥30,020 million for the year ended March 31, 2008, describing the net income as a third consecutive record. It reports approvals for Chinese cement-plant CDM projects expected to generate CER credits equivalent to 550,000 tons of CO2 annually. The company also reports reducing office greenhouse-gas emissions by more than 3,000 tons against fiscal 1998 and turning close to 80% of waste from medium-sized plant construction sites into resources.
