Annual Report

The report covers FY2020-21 performance during the COVID-19 pandemic, including consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 12,188.46 Crore and recovery in the second half. It highlights the proposed merger of Jindal Stainless (Hisar) Limited into JSL to create a 1.9 MTPA consolidated entity. Sustainability initiatives include more than 6,000 MT of liquid medical oxygen supplied and free vaccinations offered to 35,000 group employees and families, alongside energy-efficiency projects and zero fatality reported. The report also describes environmental controls, plantation, CSR, employee learning and safety programmes.
