Overview

The report covers FY2020-21 performance during the COVID-19 pandemic, including consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 12,188.46 Crore and recovery in the second half. It highlights the proposed merger of Jindal Stainless (Hisar) Limited into JSL to create a 1.9 MTPA consolidated entity.
