Overview

The report describes The Johnsons Way sustainability programme, launched in February 2022 across four pillars. It sets a 40% Scope 1 and 2 CO2e intensity reduction target for 2030 and reports 2022 carbon-intensity reductions of 19% and 24% plus a 10% reduction in water-use intensity. The Group also established its first waste baseline, reporting 3,916 tonnes generated, and completed its first diversity survey and refreshed ED&I policy. Governance disclosures identify Board-level sustainability oversight through a Sustainability Committee.
