Our Second Sustainability Report

The report presents 2022 sustainability progress under The Johnsons Way, including a 24% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions intensity, a 10% reduction in water intensity, and 26% of waste sent to landfill. It reports 5,691 employees, 33% women on the Board, and £79,382 in social value. The company also established its first waste baseline, audited 76% of Tier 1 suppliers against sustainability criteria, and increased Better Cotton use to 52%.
