The report presents José de Mello Group's third integrated financial and sustainability reporting exercise, covering consolidated Group information for 2024. It describes a six-phase materiality process that identified nine material topics and uses a dual-materiality rationale. The Group established Scope 1 and 2 reduction targets of 63% by 2035 and 84% by 2050. In 2024, renewable energy reached 27% of energy consumption, while market-based Scope 1+2 emissions were 101 223 tCO2e.
