Annual Group Report

The report describes JOST's 2024 sustainability performance, including a 58.7% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions intensity to 2.6 kg CO2eq per production hour and total energy consumption of 112.2 million kWh. It reports 4,231 employees at year-end and highlights progress in safety, diversity, supplier sustainability, and resource efficiency. ESG targets are set by the ESG Council and approved by the full Executive Board. The sustainability disclosures were subject to an independent practitioner's limited assurance engagement.
