Integrated Report

The report presents KAP's 2017 performance as an integrated industrial, chemical and logistics group, with a sustainability section covering social, environmental and governance priorities. It reports R15.7 million contributed to socio-economic development, 14 000+ employees trained, and 19 729 permanent employees. Environmental highlights include Scope 1 emissions of 467 234 and Scope 2 emissions of 329 501, alongside a zero-waste-to-landfill policy in certain manufacturing businesses. The social and ethics committee supports board oversight of social and ethical matters across the group.
