Overview

The report presents Kapsch TrafficCom's first consolidated Non-Financial Report under Austria's NaDiVeG requirements, based on GRI G4 Core. It describes a structured materiality process that selected 15 activity areas, including climate protection, employee satisfaction and resource efficiency. Group employment reached 5,259 at March 31, 2018, while the report also describes integrated HSSEQ management and commitments to the UN Global Compact and selected SDGs.
