Annual Report

The report highlights Karoon’s July 2019 binding agreement to acquire the Baúna producing field, a step toward transitioning from exploration to production. It describes Peru-focused community initiatives, including fishing-licence support, school donations and food donations. The report also discloses FY2019 Scope 1 emissions of approximately 57 tonnes and Scope 2 emissions of approximately 168 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent, and says emissions-reduction targets were not set because they were not considered material.
