The report describes KBC's PEARL strategy and its focus on client service, ethical conduct and sustainable growth. It records group-wide implementation of integrity, anti-corruption and fraud-prevention policies, supported by a CSR Board. The company also conducted its first in-depth stakeholder survey and presented a materiality matrix. Workforce disclosures cover more than 36,000 employees, while local environmental initiatives included EMAS certification in Belgium and LEED certification in Hungary.
