Overview

The report describes KCB Group's 2017 integrated performance across its regional banking operations and sustainability agenda. The company adopted eight Sustainable Development Goals and linked them to its strategy, action plan and community programmes. Its sustainability review reports workforce, diversity, responsible-lending and environmental-footprint metrics, including 6,483 employees and 20% women on the combined Group and country boards. The company also set flagship goals for 50% carbon neutrality by 2022 and full carbon neutrality by 2028.
