Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report presents the Group's seventh annual ESG review for 2024, covering its main businesses and operations while excluding Sheraton Ottawa Hotel following its disposal. The company describes Board oversight, Audit and Compliance Committee review, and an ESG working group responsible for implementation and reporting. It reports quantified 2024 emissions, energy, water, waste, employee, and workplace-safety data. Selected 2023 emissions, waste, and energy figures were restated to improve consistency and comparability.
