Sustainability Report

The report describes Kelly's 2020 sustainability strategy across environmental, social, and governance priorities. It highlights Scope 1 emissions of 762 metric tons of CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of 4,149 metric tons of CO2e, and Scope 3 business-travel emissions of 682 metric tons of CO2e. Social highlights include the launch of Equity@Work to address barriers to meaningful employment and more than 4,700 volunteer hours. The report also states that Kelly adopted SASB and uses GRI and UN Global Compact reporting frameworks.
