Kemira Report

The report sets a new company-wide target to reduce combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 30% by 2030 and describes a carbon-neutral ambition for 2045. It reports 2019 gross Scope 1, location-based Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, alongside detailed energy, water and waste data. The workforce stood at 5,062 employees at year-end, with women representing 50% of the Board of Directors. Corporate sustainability information and the Business Overview were externally assured by Ernst & Young Oy under limited assurance.
