Sustainability Report

The report describes KIT’s 2025 sustainability performance across its infrastructure portfolio and Trustee-Manager. It reports Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 2,373,000 tCO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 1,493,000 tCO2e, alongside total energy consumption of 9,061,000 GJ. The report also highlights 15 employees at year end, no workplace fatalities, and a net-zero Scope 1 and 2 target for 2050.
