Overview

The report presents Keppel REIT's 2016 sustainability performance across environmental management, safety, people and community relations. It identifies its first report aligned with GRI G4 at the Core option and says an independent-consultant materiality assessment identified 14 key issues. Reported environmental metrics include 352,000 MWh of total energy consumption, 648,000 m3 of water consumption and about 67,000 tonnes of CO2e emissions. The Manager reports 39 staff, zero fatalities in its properties, and leading GRESB rankings, including first globally among listed real estate companies.
