Overview

The report presents Keppel REIT's 2017 sustainability programme under Sustaining Growth, Empowering Lives and Nurturing Communities, with a Sustainability Committee formed to oversee ESG initiatives. It reports about 45,000 MWh of energy consumption, 210,000 m3 of water consumption and a 30% GHG emissions-intensity reduction target by 2030 from 2010. Safety performance was zero incidents and fatalities for the Manager and property managers, while community activities involved over 700 volunteer hours.
