Overview

The report presents Keppel REIT's 2024 sustainability performance across environmental, responsible-business and people themes. It describes an updated double materiality assessment incorporating financial and impact materiality. Scope 1 and 2 emissions decreased 22.5% from the 2019 baseline, while total Scope 3 emissions were 29,913 tCO2e and renewable energy usage reached 25.3%. The Manager reported 25 full-time permanent employees, average training of 31.8 hours per employee and female Board directorship of 28.6%.
