Sustainability Report

The report describes Keppel REIT’s 2025 sustainability progress, including a 49.2% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions from its 2019 baseline and renewable energy use of 28.2%. It also reports $882 million in green loans and says sustainability-focused funding exceeded its 75% target when excluding the EBL. The Manager reported 39 average training hours per employee, above its target of 20 hours.
