Overview

The report sets out Keppel's sustainability strategy and 2021 performance across climate, resource efficiency, responsible business and people. The company reported an 8.6% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, with 157,122 tCO2e in 2021, while committing to halve those emissions by 2030 and reach net zero by 2050. It also disclosed 1,322,898 GJ of total energy consumption, detailed water and waste metrics, and Scope 3 emissions of 2,941,163 tCO2e. The report covers a global workforce of 16,089 employees and $9,490 million of economic value generated for stakeholders.
