Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report presents Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group's 2014 CSR approach across eight areas, from fair operations and anti-corruption to environmental preservation and community development. It describes stakeholder feedback as an input to actions such as new communication channels, financial-literacy initiatives, and product-impact assessment. Environmental initiatives included replacing 6,213 lights and reporting annual reductions of 179,873 units of power consumption and 109,722 kilograms of carbon dioxide emissions. The Group also reports 2014 community beneficiaries, including scholarship recipients and 2,414 participants in Mind Development for Wisdom and Peace.
