Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report presents the Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group's 2015 CSR approach across eight areas, including fair operations, anti-corruption, human rights, employees, consumers, environment, community development and innovation. It reports certified membership in the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption and describes a 360-degree impact-evaluation approach for products and process changes. Community initiatives included Saving for Change, which trained 280 student leaders and reached 4,387 beneficiaries.
