Annual Report

The report describes the Solid Waste Division's 2025 work across waste prevention, recycling, disposal, resource recovery, and equity. It highlights 28,873 tons of recyclable material collected, 353,449.29 tons of construction and demolition waste diverted, and the opening of the Cedar Hills Renewable Gas to Energy Facility. The Division also reports 2025 programs including 319 Green Schools technical-assistance sites, 28,151 Cleanup LIFT transactions, and nine community repair events. It closes with progress on the Re+ program, climate-action policies, major transfer-station projects, and the 2026 outlook.
