Sustainability Report

The report describes Kiwi Property's FY19 sustainability programme across people, planet and profit. It reports a 3% reduction in carbon emissions during the year and a 47% reduction since 2012, alongside buildings consuming 21% less energy than the 2012 base year. It also describes a 55% carbon-footprint reduction target by 2050, rooftop solar expansion, and community initiatives including more than 87,000 avoided plastic bottles and paid volunteering leave.
