Overview

The report presents KLA's first company-wide Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 GHG inventory for 2019 and 2020, including market-based Scope 2 emissions and nine Scope 3 categories. It reports 10,700 employees and $6.1 billion pro forma revenues in 2020. Environmental highlights include carbon-free electricity at the Milpitas and Belgium sites and an 88% waste diversion rate at Milpitas. Social highlights include an expanded inclusion and diversity strategy and $8.5 million in total community giving in 2020.
