Overview

The report describes KLA's 2025 progress toward validated Scope 1 and 2 and Scope 3 science-based targets, including a 50% absolute Scope 1 and 2 reduction goal by 2030 and a net-zero Scope 1 and 2 goal by 2050. It reports completion of integrated ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification at seven major production and R&D facilities. The company also opened a 31,700-square-foot Learning and Knowledge Services training center in Taiwan and expanded product sustainability work, including its first pilot life cycle assessment screening.
