The report describes Klöckner & Co's validated 2030 emissions-reduction goals and longer-term net-zero commitments. It reports that the company has achieved carbon neutrality for its own business activities through compensation of currently unavoidable Scope 1 and 2 emissions. The sustainability reporting uses a double-materiality analysis and includes EU Taxonomy disclosures. An independent practitioner provided limited assurance over the separate non-financial group report.
