Sustainability Reporting

The report presents Klöckner & Co's SBTi-validated decarbonization targets, including a 62.5% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 and net zero for those emissions by 2040. For 2025, it reports 38,413 t CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 29,909 t CO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions and 8,526,505 t CO2e of gross Scope 3 emissions. Total energy consumption was 237,908 MWh, with renewable sources representing 35%. The workforce comprised 6,507 employees, while the EU Taxonomy tables reported 0.53% taxonomy-eligible turnover and no taxonomy-aligned turnover.
